Esto Perpetua Development Initiative (EPDI) is a not-for-profit, non-government organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with Certificate number CAC.IT/NO26934. It was established to help people and groups release the potential in them for their own development and enhance their living conditions.
Our mission is to enable people and organizations realize the potential for their greatness through participatory capacity enhancement programs with a well motivated workforce.
EPDI focuses on human capital development-- equipping young people, women and community groups with necessary information, knowledge, skills and the technical know-how to bring about sustainable development both in their personal and community lives. Our work with women, young people and groups in various Nigerian communities has resulted in attitudinal change, confidence and ability to make informed decisions.
We collaborate with other organizations, groups and agencies within and outside Nigeria to bring about the needed development in Nigerian society.
EPDI is committed to the advancement of people and groups through sustainable individual and community transformation programs geared towards expanding their capabilities and functioning through healthy living, education and decent living standard.
Our programmes are comprehensive in that they aim at empowering and transforming both individuals, community groups and organizations. This includes developing the total man i.e. physical, social (relationships and emotions), mental and spiritual (aka the four human energies), using the ToP participatory processes.
